We offer a joint dialog, customized service and worldwide supply to provide you with optimum repair service for your products. Our services are tailored to your individual needs and requirements, ensuring that your equipment is always ready for use.

If desired, we can also take over other components of your project: for example, the complete procurement of materials, device assembly, and the final functional test. The repair service including repair report rounds off our range of services.

Greater order transparency, improved delivery reliability, and stable processes despite increasing complexity – this is significantly supported by our partner Perzeptron GmbH with its solution MiG (Materialwirtschaft im Gleichgewicht – balanced materials management).

At DOMMEL, we use MiG to manage and analyze our entire supply chain. The solution is integrated with our existing ERP system and prepares the relevant data for operational control and decision-making.

MiG connects our sales, purchasing, and production planning teams on a unified data foundation and provides consolidated, role-based views. Its bottleneck analysis prioritizes critical orders and those affected by component shortages, enabling purchasing to systematically address critical positions. At the same time, the production overview clearly indicates which orders are fully supplied with materials and can be manufactured on schedule.

Component shortages and related deviations are centrally captured and consolidated within MiG. Potential delivery delays or bottlenecks become visible at an early stage and can therefore be addressed proactively.

Shortly after implementation, the rate of component shortages decreased significantly. Today, MiG has become an indispensable tool for us, providing cross-site transparency between our headquarters in Germany and our production facility in Romania.
