Support for the new endowed professorship at kunststoffcampus bayern

As a member of the kunststoffcampus bayern e.V. (kcb) support association in Weißenburg, we are committed to research, teaching, and innovation in our region.
Last year, the campus celebrated its 10th anniversary and has been under the overall responsibility of Ansbach University of Applied Sciences since October 2025.
The time has come: the new endowed professorship in plastics technology is ready to go! 🚀 This has been made possible by a strong joint commitment from the district, the city of Weißenburg, foundations, banks, numerous companies from the region, and the kcb support association. 💪

For us, the financial support of the endowed professorship is a targeted investment in the future. It makes an important contribution to sustainable innovation and to the qualification of skilled workers, who are essential for the future viability of our companies. Our commitment to the Weißenburg Technology and Study Center promotes regional networking. We are establishing the connection between sensor technology and “Smart and Protective Polymer Systems” in order to strengthen regional development.
